I bought this to use with my kindle. To get the kindle mounted, I have to vertically stretch the frame (ok) and if I don’t position the kindle just right the frame hits the power button and will shut down the kindle. The base is able to attach to my bed frame, but within minutes it’s drooping and has fallen literally onto my face on more than one occasion. While the neck does bend and is adjustable, it’s still not efficient. I get it positioned exactly where I want it and then drops another 2- 3 inches lower. And final straw- I was in the middle of reading and my kindle popped out of the frame with absolutely no warning, hadn’t even touched it because I have the automatic page turner.

Grip is too large for kindle paper white. I had to put it on up and down instead of side to side. This would be fine if I didn’t have a pop socket on my kindle. I have to take it off if I want to use this

The part of the clamp that screws together broke after 6 months. When adjusting the arm, it puts too much pressure on the cylinder/screw part, and eventually the screw broke apart. Won't buy again.

I bought this in october of 2023 and it’s now june 2024 and mine broke. I started noticing the same looseness other people had talked about in their reviews. Sure enough no matter what position I put it in now it just flops to the side with or without the weight of my phone/tablet. I know products aren’t meant to last forever these days but less than a year of use I can’t recommend it. For the time I had it and it was nice. I would try a different brand/seller if you’re looking for something like this.

Doesn’t fit kindle in regular portrait orientation. Must be flipped to landscape

I really liked the product. I do however wish it would’ve been sturdier. It broke after 2.5 months of use. So unfortunately I have no choice but to give it a low rating.

Love this product, used it most evenings. Unfortunately it broke after 6 months.

The clamp is too weak to hold up my 9th gen iPad in a fairly light faux leather case. Just twists off the desk.Might work if I was able to get the clamp better seated on a different desk, but very disappointing.Make sure you have enough space to get the clamp all the way into the back.

I had high expectations after reading all of the great reviews. However, it is not very sturdy and has to balance on something in order to stay up or else it would fall over. The fastener to the clamp is long, so there are a few places this has actually worked for me. It deserves one star simply because it does hold the Kindle, making it hands-free.

Item was not as pictured. The length was much shorter and did not allow enough room to actually be useful once clipped to a headboard or side table. Returned.
