I'm happy I got it even though I've only just used it. It pays for itself after only one usage if you need to take the dog to be groomed. My hands hurt, and I have an autoimmune illness. My 14-pound dog's hair was trimmed and I was able to clean up in 20 minutes without making any mess.

This takes up all the hair, is rather quiet, and cuts excellent with several length attachments. I used it on my curly bichon today, and I was pretty pleased with the results. Really pleased with the purchase. We will no longer schedule $100 grooming visits every other month.

The hose that connects to the vacuum keeps detaching; it appears to be a recurring issue. It rotates effortlessly and detaches. Not locking on as it ought to... The hose is rigid and remains bent due to shipment. I subsequently observed minute fracture cracks in the hose... As of now, I have applied Duct Tape over them. I have been utilizing it. I may eventually be in need of a replacement hose.
