Buttons that can be pushed when you don't want to may be silent even on high depending on how it is handled.

Received this today, used immediately. Works great on our English cream golden retriever. He was a little nervous at first but gave him treats and let him check it out. Only negative it did stop working a few times, not sure if it was the outlet or what.
