does not hold very well or adjust to the size of head. Back side hits the neck and irritates the skin

The black hat broke during first use.

Hat does not have nice and straight shape as shown in pictures. Hat is bent in several spots as it is rolled. Does NOT maintain its shape. DISSAPPOINTED in product.

I loved it, until i didn’t. This came apart at the seams easily, within a week of wearing it. Disappointing
