Ordered a large for oversized fit very recently in black. Love it. Super soft, nice and oversized. A new fav. Decided to order the red. Literally five inches smaller in the width. Slightly shorter but not by a ton. Fit is totally different and not as soft. Disappointed for sure. Going back unfortunately

I should have gotten the size they recommended. I thought I would need to size up like I do for most jackets I buy in the stores.....Don't do it! Stick to the size it tells you. Don't expect a thick fluffy coat because it isn't, it comes vacuumed packed so just don't be surprised. I sent mine back, but I think I may try another one, I do not believe it should be priced so high for the quality either.

Minus-pockets are placed too high, are too small. Current IPhones fall out the second you barely bend or move.Zipper gets caught extremely easily in the fluffy pile. Plus-the fabric feels like you’re getting hugged by a fuzzy stuffed animal! Lots of colors, I got the grey/blue and love it. If they’d make the pockets deep enough for an average hand and put a fabric placket along the zipper it’d be perfect!!

I love the look but I washed it and the material bunched by the neck. Now it looks sloppy and I dont like to wear it.

The coat is so pretty and warm but the zipper is stiff and hangs badly on the fuzziness. If the zipper wasnt such a pain, I'd keep it.

Lo pedí, porque en la foto se aprecia que cubre bien las caderas; sin embargo no es así, queda corto; y es algo que no me gustó, es calentito y muy bonito; lo único malo es el largo 😢

The product is low quality for $45. As soon as I opened the package it wreaked of perfume. There is also a white crusty substance on the sleeve. Otherwise, it seems like a nice cozy jacket and it fit perfect. Just wish it came clean and unworn. I will be returning it.

Super comfy but no shape to the coat.

It snags my hair really bad , and it looks like something a homeless person would wear in real life .
