Sound quality is excellent really really good, But terrible build quality. Parts are disintegrating after only 6 months of careful but frequent use. So i have to find another headset again.

Ottima qualità audio ad un prezzo molto conveniente (100€) Aggiornamento dopo un mese. Si sono formate delle spaccature ma il venditore mi ha già inviato un modello in sostituzione. Non so se sia un problema in generale con tutte le cuffie o con quelle che ho ricevuto

Good headset from lucid sound but has developed a crack on the support for the ear peace, seems this is a common problem for many as I had a search online, manufacturing oversight I guess, I have placed a ticket complant to lucid sound only last night so hopfulfy get a response soon, sad because it would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue

Das Headset macht einen guten Sound und ist angenehm zu tragen. Der Akku hält auch recht lange. Die Verarbeitungsqualität wirkt hochwertig. Leider brechen die unteren Gelenke des Bügels auf, da das schon andere in ihrer Rezession geschrieben haben gehe ich von einem Design-Fehler aus. Benutzen konnte ich das Headset weiterhin und die Ohrmuscheln sind auch nicht locker. Man kann leider die Laufstärke-Empfindlichkeit für das Mikrophone an der Xbox nicht einstellen, nur wenn es per Klinke-Kabel verbunden ist, dies kann aber auch ein Problem der Xbox-Software sein. LucidSound muss da an den Stellen noch mal nacharbeiten dann wäre es auch mehr Sterne wert, so wie es ist das aber nicht. Ich hab es wieder zurückgeschickt.

Very heavy and a bit uncomfortable. Good sound quality. Connects to Xbox fine. No issues with battery. But then someone bought me a pair of Arctis 9x as a present and I must say the Arctis are superior to the Lucid LS35X. So I can’t recommend the Lucid’s when the Arctis set is so much better (lighter and sound quality)

A great product for 15 months. Now, like a growing number of people are writing here, its falling apart. Given when I bought them they were £140 I obviously took great care of them but that doesn't seem to have made a difference. Very disappointing as I really like the headset apart from the defects.

So had these for about 3 or 4 months and they are hit and miss for me. The sound is great but the mixing of party chat and game audio isn't always good. A fair few times now I've had them just turn off for no reason when charged, will add yes these were updated. I'd say these are certainly comfortable though maybe the padding could do with being slightly thicker where it rests on top of your head. In all honestly these should be lower in price in my opinion.

Great sounding, comfortable gaming headphones for Xbox one S, which is easy to setup and works well. However, the design of the headband seems mechanically flawed. Our first LS35X's cracked as in the pics, then their replacement did exactly the same in the same place. First pair failed after about 2.5 months, second pair after only 5 weeks. I don't think they've been particularly badly treated. Amazon were great as usual with returns and replacement, but after the second failure I've gone with Steelseries Arctis 9X, I'm yet to see (and hear) how they get on. 5 stars for comfort, ease of use and sound. 1 star for the repeated mechanical failure

Got these for my son, who seems to break everything. Needless to say these didn't last long. Where the metal from the ear cups meets the plastic on the head band, the plastic has snapped and the ear cup just dangle loosely. I had to just hot glue them together as I'm not getting him another head set until Christmas. He has broke every headset he's every had so I don't think these are badly made they're just not child proof if your child is anything like mine. If your a sensible adult I can't imagine there being an issue at all. Sound quality is very good and the mic is very good. I great product but 3 stars because they broke, but again I don't think that will happen to an adult who looks after stuff

Love this headset, but it developed a popping noise and the left earcup started to sounds tinny, this is the second one I've had from Amazon and they've both had a very loud and persistent popping noise, I don't know if it's a faulty batch or I've just been unlucky, the headset is amazing when it works correctly, but sadly I'll be going to Corsair.
