Als 6 mesos des que els vaig comprar les juntes rotatories de l'auricular van petar. Mal servei post venda, poder la pandemia els excusa pero tinc la sensació que m'han torejat de mala manera. No tornaré a comprar aquesta marca.

This thing is terrible, keeps cutting out and produces alot of eco. Only good thing is the sound quality in game.i would not recommend you buy this

Soundqualität, Tragekomfort und Akkulaufzeit sind super. Leider ist die Verarbeitung des Produktes sehr billig und bei mir hat das Plastik bereits nach ein paar Monaten zu reißen begonnen. Auch hat man leider relativ häufig Verbindungsabbrüche. Ich würde den Artikel wegen dieser Mängel leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

Good headset. Good sound and wear comfort. Unfortunately after one month the boom mic and internal mic failed. I ordered a replacement at Amazon. The second one (replacement) failed after 4 days, boom mic didnt work, normal mic also failed at times. So I returned the headset and bought a Steelseries Arctis 9x.

The plastic bits above the ear cup have cracked on both sides... they are treated with care everyday. I bought these in January to replace my turtle beach headset which had a similar problem. EDIT I spoke to lucidsound via email with the photos. They are now sending a replacement as this should not of happened. LUCIDSOUND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We sent this product back. The build quality was spot on but I could not get a happy level of volume, chat and my voice. Meaning that on the xbox when I got the volume right for chat and my voice and game when it got to a close up battle in pubg it literally blew your ear drums off.

As with other reviews these lasted 6 months before the plastic clasps that connect the band to the cups started disintegrating. Contacted Lucid Sounds as these are still under warranty, they emailed me once to ask for more details - I’ve not heard back from them despite a chase up email. Poor customer service as well.

The Lucidsound LS35X headset works very well with the XBOX. Connection is simple and quick. The large volume dial on the left ear is easy to adjust without having to feel around for a dial/button. The Headset can also be muted just by tapping the left ear once which is very convenient. The headset is very comfortable to wear for long sessions. I also like the fact that the chat mic does not need to be attached for solo players and they provide a blanking plug that covers the mic input hole. Overall these are impressive headsets, the bass sounds nice and deep and they represent the audio as it should be not at all tinny like the Stealth 600's. If you are looking for a decent pair of cans that work very well with COD these should be on your list. Unfortunately they lasted a year before the headset swivel cracked so not recommended now.

Le son est bon et le confort aussi mais on transpire vite des oreilles. De plus si vous avez une grosse tête comme moi laissez tomber, j'arrive à le disposer confortablement sur ma tête mais ça tire trop sur les attaché et le plastique se fissure, même pas un an et le casque est couvert de scotch... A éviter.

Add me to the list of people having plenty of build quality problems with this headset. A little over 3 weeks of owning them, the cracks started appearing in the plastic on the headband. I tried contacting support and was told they would send out a replacement headset ASAP. That was back in November last year. Every few weeks I contacted them yet again, and kept being given the same excuses as to why a replacement wasn't sent. Still to the day I haven't received anything, and now the headset is completely useless because the power button has stopped working, so they can't be turned on again. Another issue I've had since day 1 is the headset randomly switching itself on, and in turn, switching my xbox on when I'm not even home.
