Like other reviewers, I experienced the same problems with losing the connection, but after updating the firmware, these headphones are amazing. I'm constantly getting compliments when I'm gaming about how clear I sound. Watching movies with Dolby Atmos late at night is a breeze with these cans. I'm super satisfied.

This headset has great sound and the convenience of totally wireless. I had problems with recharging the headset and contacted the manufacturer. They asked a few questions and had me fill out some online forms. They replaced the headset and I’m enjoying great gaming sound. Very happy with the headset and the company.

Great Headset very simplistic easy to set up & use... I did have the small sound breaking issue seen on forums etc. but I noticed the first update was available to download to resolve the wifi issue & they now work fantastically I played Battlefield V last night & the sound of WW2 fighter planes moving around me in 3D sound was awesome!!!

Amazing headset for Xbox One! Excellent virtual surround sound experience, great positional sound. My Modern Warfare gameplay has never been better! No sound problems (after the firmware update was installed). No cheap plastics. Very sturdy, high quality headset. Finally, I love that these don't have that "gamer" look (no gaudy green or lame colors).

These are fantastic headphones. The surround works wonderfully and the controls are easy to use. The sound is top-quality and worth the price. My only beef is that they are quite heavy and can start to hurt your ears after a few hours. But they are snug, comfortable and work easily with my Xbox One X.

Very comfortable blocks out background noise. I have a window AC and my friends could not hear it. Plus I play with a fan on. It does take some time to get use to the dials. Once you get it dialed in your good.
