Update. After 6 months the power button is broken. I'm passed the returns time so I'm on my own. Not happy at all. Perfect for xbox one x. Only niggle is I can't get used to the volume and mix controls on either side of the headset. Actually, also I can't connect to phone via Bluetooth!!

When the item arrived I was quite happy with the sound to the point that I even used it to work with my piano. However after 1 week only the audio jack broke and made them unusable. I didn't even plug/unplug that often which would make it more understandable. Now I have a pair of very expensive but useless headphones!

Positive....Very comfortable sounds great easy controls good battery life.. Negative.. After approximately 6months I noticed cracks in the head strap also became lose fitting. So ended up having to tape up the broken plastic 😡 Now just over a year of ownership they're dead battery has stopped working and won't work on charging cable either. No happy won't buy again...

Die Plastikhalterungen, bzw. Die Mittelstücke der kopfhöreraufhängung über den earbuds, fingen nach wenigen Wochen an Risse zu bekommen und bröckelten mit der Zeit komplett weg. Der Hersteller Lucid Sound wirbt zwar mit einer 1 Jährigen Garantie, aber nur wenn das Produkt direkt auf der Lucidsound Website gekauft wird, Amazon bietet hier nur eine 1 monatige Garantie...so sitze ich jetzt hier, nach 2 Monaten mit meinen kaputten 200€ Kopfhörern, welche eigentlich nur 2 neue Plastikstückchen bräuchten, welche ganz simpel mit Schrauben befestigt sind....KAUFT AUF KEINEN FALL ÜBER AMAZON!

Really good product but terrible customer service from Amazon. Comes with a 2 year guarantee, however when trying to claim against this when the microphone failed after 6 months, Amazon will only refund the amount and suggested we buy a second hand (used) one for the same price without the guarantee. Terrible customer obsession.

Really good headset,sound quality is brilliant. My issue is the same as most others the plastic sides have now cracked and this isn't with heavy usage. Lucidsounds support is absolutely horrendous I'm a month into reporting the issues and they haven't provided me a solution.

Das von mir so hoch gelobte Headset fängt nach nur 6 Monate an sich aufzulösen. Es bricht langsam aber sicher am Gelenk wie auf den Bilder zu sehen durch. Dabei habe ich es, wenn es hoch kommt aufgrund von Papa geworden, nicht mal 50 Stunden genutzt. Abgesehen von diesem Mangel wäre es für mich ein 5 Sterne Produkt, aber aufgrund dass es wohl bald auseinander fällt, ist es eigentlich nicht mal ein Stern wert. Im übrigen hab ich kein fetten Kopf und gehe auch so immer sehr behutsam mit meinen Headsets um.

Had these since June 2020 and this is my 2nd pair already they have amazing sound and are very comfortable until the inevitable happens with the hinges. Please be aware of this design flaw. I am super careful and never man handle any product and have a smaller head than most. I also had to purchase a windows wireless receiver for them to work with my PC. Very disappointed

A really frustrating experience. Purchased the headset - all set up, and when working very high quality....when working. The first headset microphone suddenly stopped working within 2 days. Amazon replaced without question. Exactly the same thing happened within 2 days. Thought it might be an issue with the xbox console, but other headsets work fine. No UK customer support to speak to, and all messages so far ignored. Best avoided.

Update : 6 months on and the headphones have cracked in the same place as other reviewers' headsets. Gutted, as they are great. Have contacted Lucidsound, but Amazon have confirmed they can help if manufacturer can't. Update 2: Amazon had to replace the headset as LucidSound were slow to respond. I've been paranoid about this new set, checking them after every use for signs of cracking, only storing them on my headset stand etc.. unfortunately, I noticed hairline cracks today, after less than 3 months use. Beyond disappointed. The high failure rate of this stupid plastic joint means that its impossible to recommend what is otherwise a great headset.
