Placed an initial order in April this year and initially was extrmemely happy with thme. Good battery life, great sound and mic was very good. However, I had to have a replacement set sent out in August due to cracking on the swivel mount for the cups. Replacement sent out without question and all has been going well... Until last night when again the swivel mount cracked!!! £125 for 7 months usage and 2 headsets is not even close to acceptable and especially when a £30 pair of LucidSound bought 4 years ago are still going strong (Not Xbox compatible so used for PC and DJing) because the mounts were made from metal. Why is a headset £100 more expensive from the same manufacturer far inferior in build quality?

The mic is great quality, the sound is great quality. They're comfy to wear for long periods of time, really high quality construction and so far really good battery life. I bought a SmartNCool Gen4 magnetic micro USB cable to make attaching a charger feel a tiny bit more slick. It would be great to have wireless charging with these, but alas, that is the only thing I can think of to dislike. UPDATE (almost 2 years later): Still working perfectly and still in almost everyday use, but the plastic securing the metal rotator clips to the headband is brittle, so over time it's cracked and had to be sellotaped to stop the headset from falling to bits. Very annoying - it's the only part of the product that's degraded at all, and unfortunately has degraded quite a lot :( Final update: Completely fell apart after about 20 months. Avoid. I contacted Lucidsound support and they took weeks to get back to me at first, then eventually confirmed they'd send me a replacement but wouldn't say when. I've not heard from them since, that was over a month ago. So disappointing, I really loved this headset!

I was in love with this headset the 1st time I bought them a year and a half ago. The warranty is only for 1 year and the original price on these was around $160.00 and since the price has come down to around $100.00. After a year and a half the headphones just stopped working. Lucid advised to reset the headset and some other quick fixes which resulted in nothing more than a dead headset. Customer service from this company is seriously lacking. They state you will receive a reply within 3 days….not so. After a month of sending numerous emails I received two emails from the company adding up to nothing. They do not service headsets and if they are out of warranty your left with nothing. While I think the headset is awesome, though heavy if worn for extended hours of play, it is not worth the money. I did buy a second set as I needed the replacement ASAP. Fingers crossed that this set lasts longer than the last. Buyer please be forewarned your on your own if the headset fails, again they DO NOT service the products!

Parts holding speakers on cracked and broke within 2 months. Horrible durability
