It was a great headset in the beginning but now the sound is very low and can’t really hear anything which is pretty disappointing :(

so it was late, has constant connectivity issues and has already broke... thanks lucidsound. when you add heavy materials for durability and then support that extra weight at a pivot point with a super thin piece of plastic.... c'mon engineers...

Bought these for my son last year for his birthday. They’ve been used for about a year and are falling apart. I didn’t buy the warranty, which is my fault.

like them but for the price not worth it. mine stared getting static in both ears bad and not a very good return policy

Unusable at this point, sound cuts out so often that it becomes incredibly annoying. I hope there is a software update to fix it. I've tried everything they tell you to do to stop it. Still keeps happening. If nothing changes soon, I'm returning them.

Only lasted 8 months. Same issues others have had with the plastic breaking. I'm careful with my headsets and don't throw them around or sleep in them. Sound is great but poor quality headphones!

OMG.. if it could just stay connected, would be amazing. Sound is really good, spatial awareness is great.. but only like 20 seconds at a time. It may be that I have the original X box one, but dammit, these things suck !!!!

Sound quality is great but the plastic is cheep and breaks. I have mine taped to hold it together.

I usually don’t write reviews but do yourself a favor and stay away from this headset. The audio drops out like crazy with this “premium” headset. I’m going to go through AMEX and get a refund since my return window has ended through amazon. So much potential but clearly this product wasn’t ready for market.

Update!!! headset has broken on the the swivel part of the ear cuffs starteted with a crack n now fully fell apart . Great headset with easy to use controls once you get used to them. It'll just most likely need an update. But this is one of the best wireless headset for Xbox.
