Great sounding headset but it had lag problems and would disconnect itself from the Xbox. Quality built but heavy.

Product broke less than 3 months of use they sound great but needed a more premium stop or catch for the headphones when they twist

Audio cuts on and off battery signal on xbox inaccurate, I knew there was no way these things battery stayed on high for 3days little static pulse in ears when audio does want to work think I might exchange for another pair hopefully there better.

Good sound but terrible build quality, made of cheap plastic and broke after 2 months and not from being aggresive with them. I had to use electric tape to hold them together, would only suggest buying if the price drops to $99 or below

The best feature about this headset is the sound quality by far but the problem is that it has the tendency to lose connection and constantly create a static noise with gameplay audio even while the chat audio is turned off. Even while fully charged.

The sound quality is great and the audio feedback from the mic quire good. My only problems have been with the audio dials. They are on the ear cups and tend to either get bumped or are a little touchy to dial in.

Sound, feel, convenience - amazing Construction - great except the weak flaw in construction - see photos. I have placed a support ticket to lucid sound and see if there is a repair or replacement available. But I’ve only had these headphones for two months and already having issues with cracks in plastic.

The product itself is pretty good overall. The sound quality and mic quality are both really good and surprisingly the built in mic actually works pretty well too, but I give it three stars because like the other reviews say it is very prone to dropping out and taking around 30 seconds to reconnect. This is with the firmware update.

Pros: Very comfortable eating pads, great sound out of the box, clear mic, & great build quality. Cons: Head strap hurt top of head after an hour or so of use, heavy, mic monitoring is garbage, and good luck updating the software with ease. No EQ settings either.

The sound is loud and crisp. But no matter what I’ve tried. My mic still will not work. I can hear my team but no one can hear me.
