Love the feel and sound but it drops connection constantly

My Husband loves the headphones so much that I forgot to add PROTECTION PLAN. Is this even possible still even for last minute?

It will start cutting out randomly even on lower volume settings. Beautiful design and very functional besides my previous statement.

the latest firmware version doing this headphones for xbox almost perfect, still a few audio drops in WiFi Env. let's hope for more firmware updates. Sound, mic and comfort are amazing.

Great sound quality and the mic doesn’t pic up much background sounds. My only complaint so far is that the headset isn’t as comfortable as the RIG 800LX

Perfect for me, until it broke at the plastic hinges*. Guess they are delicate which is why they came with a case. However still working
