Bought 2 of these as Birthday gifts for my sons. They were easy to set up and use. They love them! UPDATE: The microphone stopped working on one of the headsets. No response in a month from opening a ticket for help with Lucidsound. Very dissatisfied.

Comfortable, sound was decent, easy setup and fully wireless functionality would have made it a 4.5 star headsetfor the price... but the cheap plastic that holds the ear cups in place broke on both of my ear cups by just wearing them. Now I have duct taped them together so they dont fall apart : /

Disappointed to see a crack on the side of the headset above the earpiece attached to the swivel. It’s only a matter of time before the crack spreads a quarter inch more and the earpiece will just fall out. I’m really disappointed as it says “like new” I’ll be lucky to get a month out of it

These are super comfortable and build and sound quality seems pretty great. The Audio drops were noticeable within minutes of playing in wireless mode. Complete absence of audio for 1-3 seconds. I’ve been in contact with their support and they are looking into the issue. But after troubleshooting the problem and resetting the headset multiple times I am skeptical that this can be fixed. May end up returning this headset soon. Really disappointed.

Would NOT recommend this headset to anyone. The first set I sent back because it developed a buzzing noise in one speaker. The second set has now done the same thing. Has low wireless range and sound cuts out frequently. I had heard great thing about Lucid Sound and maybe their wired headsets are actually worth buying but they should have spent more time on this set. Choose another brand if you're going to spend the money.

The sound is great, the comfort is amazing. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to have a great wireless signal to the Xbox one. I literally sit within 5 feet of my console and the sound on them goes out every few seconds or so. I reset them, looked for firmware updates and even help on forums but didn’t find an answer to resolve my issue. I am going to return them but may purchase again in the future if they resolve that issue.

The place the earcups attatch to the head band broke after just 4 months of use. Sound quality is average and mic quality was decent. I really liked the design of the volume controls but the build quality needs to be more sturdy, especially for the price.

Used these headphones for My gaming PC and the sound quality of them leaves a lot to be desired I even stopped using them and switched back to my 30$ headphones

Great sound, horrible audio cut outs. Got em despite being warned about the audio cutouts but some said that it was fixed. It was not fixed. The knobs on the side can be annoying. Too far either direction and you either can't hear your teammates or they're blowing up your ears. Turning the other knob too far one direction either cuts all audio or blasts your ears off. Audio cutouts are a deal breaker for me. Sadly will have to return. Getting the Beyerdynamic MMX 300.

So so so close! I really liked these, they felt fantastic and the sound was great. The first day I was so impressed, but, unfortunately, the wireless started to cut out here and there. This was after I had updated the headset (end of Nov early December). It made me so sad because they are so good. I would recommend buying and trying them. If you don't have WiFi issues then these are the set for you. Maybe they will do another update that will get me to buy again. Seriously, they were so great.
