Damaged in box earcup twist area cracked and the overall box looked as if it had been returned before, very bad state why wasn't this checked before dispatched. Very disappointed.

Garbage!!!!!!! More static than sound. No support. Firmware updates don’t work. Windows doesn’t even trust the device or software. Complete garbage!!!!!

Battery doesn't last long. Constant audio drops makes it really annoying to use. Probally 2 times a minute. Just broke today after 5 months of use.

Pretty good sound and connection, but 2 months in the left ear has a weird crackling noise that has gotten more frequent and now happens with any loud sounds

Three months in the sound started to be staticy and was told I sounded like a robot on the other end of the mic.

I bought this on Nov 13, 2018. It suddenly stoped working today. The power light doesn't light anymore. I live in Japan, so I don't know if I could recieve warranty support.

These have very little durability after about 2 weeks the plastic started cracking and the sound is absolutely horrible for the price. The only good thing is the battery life.

I was sold a lemon. The plastic was cracked where it swivels on both sides and when said crack cracked the sound and functionality also broke.

Absolute junk. Constant feedback/static. I have tried every firmware update, resetting Xbox, limiting wireless router signal etc. These headphones are trash. Trust me, don't buy this POS headset.

Terrible headset connection! Loved this headset at first and now the audio is constantly dropping out to the point where they are unusable. Someone from support please reach out to help me!
