Headset deadset...

Headset failed after 4 months of use. Customer service is lax at best, email response is fast but I cant seem to get someone to answer a phone at 930-10am post

Don’t waste your time

Didn’t work out of the box. Sound would cut out often, unless I got up to walk across the room, then sound would cut out completely and only cut back in intermittently. An absolute waste of time.

Great sound but Horrible interference with the controller.

The biggest problem with this unit is that it interferes with the wireless controller. I have contacted Lucid Sound and they have not gotten back to me. I would not purchase until they get it figured out.

Break easily

Very poor build quality where the earpiece meets the headstrap. Mine broke simply from putting it on and off my head too many times.

Can i get a replacement?

Horrible

This headset is horrible. Static all the time. Turns off randomly. People sound robotic and staticy. Lags: it’s horrible. Not worth the money. At all

Skip buy another brand!

Bought these had to get a replacement because the static was so bad and Mic would not work. Same thing happened with the 2nd pair. Can not get another replacement.

i had high hopes for this headset but it was not great at all. it constantly disconnected or cut out while i was playing games. it was comfortable though. the sound quality was not loud enough or up to the price.

Had really high hopes for these headphones

Frist off when the sound Decided to work they sound great I did some research in updating the firmware did not resolve the issue constantly cutting out in losing signal to the xbox entirely Had really high hopes for these headphones

No longer charging

Not sure was a great headset and not even 6 months later they don’t charge anymore. I bought a new charger and nothing. So expensive for them to just stop working
