Do Not Buy! Extremely Incapable in Wireless and Wired Modes!

Headset constantly cut out and disconnected while in wireless mode. While plugged into the Xbox one controller, all headset controls (volume, chat mixer, audio and chat mute) did not work. Headset was even heavier than expected and very uncomfortable with eye glasses on.

Plastic cracked

See the multiple other reviews with pictures of the cracked plastic - happened to us too in the same exact place. I bought this for my husband for Christmas last year and I thought I was making a quality purchase. Guess not since they broke within 8 months.

Disappointing

From CONSTANT audio drops, to the headband breaking in a month or so, these are a monumental waste of money. I am surprised there isn't a class-action lawsuit against LucidSound for all the quality control problems they have. I'm in once that happens!

Constant problems

The audio has constant problems, crackling with game sound, friends complaining they can barely hear me and a weird pop only when the mic is plugged in. I’ve sent the support team 3 emails over two weeks and still haven’t heard back yet. !!Don’t Buy these!! I’ll update if they get back to me

Cracks after 2 months.

Disappointed. After just about two months the two plastic bands holding holding the ear cups to the headband have started to crack. Not ok. 175 set of headphones should not have stress cracks after two months. Never dropped. Just poor design. They were great headphones up till today.

Pass on these Headphones!!!

Still no firmware updater for Mac?! I've owned these for a year and can't even fully enjoy them. I've LIGHTLY used them via the 3.5mm jack and now there are stress fractures in the material?! These are far from the premium set of headphones they claim to be.

Sound cut out!

I do not recommend this headset to anyone. They said they released an update for the headset to fix the sound cut out, I’ve had mine for about a week and that’s still a major issue. It’s also incredibly frustrating to try and blend the game and mic volume. Just about ready to throw this headset away.

Great features except for what’s important

It looks nice, the sound is fine, and the sound/chat balance controls are cool. But it drops out frequently and half the time when it is connected the connection is so poor that it is a constant stream of static. They are literally worse than having no sound at all.

Don't buy

I've had these for 8 months now and the plastic pieces above ear cups which is the swivel point is cracked on both sides. Almost constant soundrops without up dates. Lucid will send you a new pair if you pay shipping which will crack and fall apart same as your old pair. Adult owned never abused

2 defective LX35X's - Crap Tech Support - Disgraceful!

UPDATE, MY A$$! Did all that to both pairs, same crap.The look and feel are Great, If only the POS's worked! Constant crackle, sound drops, Great thing is maybe 2 outta 10 headsets may actually work. I’m done being their Guinea Pig! God forbid you disturb Tech Support, Read the Reviews FIRST! That was my mistake! Majority of reviews SPEAK VOLUMES!
