This is a very comfortable headset. But even though we waited almost a year they still have problems. Audio cuts out every 10 seconds both chat and game. I have done the reboot I have restarted my Xbox I have even put it away from the router but still have problems. If there is no fix within a couple of days I will return the headset.

I've had these headphones for a little over a month now. I have constant issues with sound crackling and disconnects to my Xbox during online play. They also get uncomfortable during longer gaming sessions. For how much they are charging, there are much better options. I regret my purchase

This headset is great for ease of use when connecting with my Xbox One. Decent audio and mic. However, the plastic from the swivel point began cracking early on, and has since broken completely on one side. Multiple reviewers share the same problem. I would never recommend anyone buy these at any price.

This product indicates it is compatible with PC, but it is ONLY compatible with PC's with xbox wireless capabilities. This is not most computers. In order to use with PC, you need to buy extra hardware unless you (unlikely) have an xbox wireless-enabled PC.

Don’t bother with these headphones if you are using Xbox series X, they are utter trash due to constant CONSTANT disconnects and robotic static audio when they do manage to connect. I completely regret buying these and I hope at least someone reads this and goes with another headset cause these BLOW

Very short return window. Bought two months ago. Return window closed in one month. Now not even two months old and they will no longer charge. WASTE OF MONEY, NOT QUALITY, DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT NO ONE HAS SUCH A SHORT RETURN WINDOW. Do not waste your money, do not buy these you will be sorry. They would have a zero but that is not possible.

My headset sounds good when its working, but soon after it starts disconnecting from the XBOX, the wireless feature does not work like its intended, the non response from lucid is just as bad, i wouldn't recommend just for the lack of support from LS i don't intend to purchase from them again.

Purchased on March 12th, used gently around 4 days week at home, for a few hours a day, and the headband has broken after 2.5 months. No strain has been put on the joint at any time. Update: replacement pair received, they lasted a month before the same issue happened again, this time on both sides. I was reassured by support that the replacement pair had “improvements to materials” to stop it happening.

Don't by this head set. They are very fragile. The broken only after a few uses. I'm not an everyday gamer and the still broke. Lucid Sounds did replace them after making me jump through hoops. I never took the replacement pair out of the box. I'm going to sell them on Ebay.

The overall build quality seems great. I can't tell if they are durable because I have only had them for a week but, the materials are nice. However, the headset cannot stay connected to my Xbox. I have already updated the headset but it still disconnects so often that I can't use them. I am disappointed because they seemed like they were going to be good headphones.
