This headset was exactly what I was looking for. It pairs to my xbox one without any adapters. It has worked well for me since I purchased almost a year ago but the aux cord it came with just stopped working. Not a big deal as another cord will solve the issue but i was expecting a better quality then the dollar store aux cord i have used for years. The audio works well wirelessly as long as i have good line of sight to the console. Overall this was worth it as the headset is very high quality and the most comfortable pair I have. If you have a PS get an adapter. Lol

Edited 12/5: I returned the original pair I had when they launched only to be doomed by constant audio drops from my Xbox One X. When they did a flash sale on their site I went ahead and repurchased them as I had read their new firmware fixed the issues I was having. Low and behold -- they work like a dream now! Love these headphones top to bottom. Only thing keeping it from a 5/5 is having a more inventive charging solution such as a dock of some sort! This product is amazing! Great look, functionality, sound quality, comfort... but unfortunately connectivity issues render the item useless. I played many hours suffering through audio drops of about two seconds in length at about an average of every 10-15 seconds. Sometimes go several minutes with no drop, but it always returned. For a $200 pair of headphones, that simply will not do. I’m sad to say I will be returning these after waiting over a year for their release. :(

It’s solid takes a minute to charge but lasts a while all around solid headset with a good high quality mike and is really good value for the money,

Pros - very comfortable audio controls on headset is a good feature (also see cons) easy to connect no audio loss or disconnects Cons main one for me is the volume controls are VERY sensitive and easy to move. I struggle in certain games like Apex or Destiny2 to find a good balance between the game play and party chat. seems if you move them just a tad they either get too loud or too soft. OR the game volume get to loud and party chat to soft and vice versa. Also the volume controls are VERY easy to move, so when i take them off to go to another room for a minute they can easily rotate. When i get back I go though the above con all over again. Overall I really like them compared to a few other ones Ive tried and love the wireless part. Audio quality is very good although a tad base heavy.

For $114, this is a solid headset and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase one. I like the clean non-gamer look. Pro This headset gets loud (also a nice 50mm driver) Game/chat balance via rotating wheel vs independent wheels as on my old TB Stealth 700 gen 1 Good battery life clear microphone Con Some static/interference (I believe this can be an issue with most wireless headsets) Charges via micro USB - hopefully and updated model will switch over to USB-C No other presets or settings to change to your liking

First of all i would give it 4 1/2 stars if i could because the sound quality is fantastic and build/comfort is good. Coming from a rig800lx which i really liked for a long time but was wanting something with more vollume without any distortion and so far these meet my expectations perfectly. Fantastic for online gaming or imersing yourself in a gameworld. Now there are really only 3 slight negatives i can think of, First the set up for the firmware update is slight pain Second it would be nice if it would keep the mic monitering off if you left it off before shutting off the headset so you dont have to sit there holding a button every time Third I would like a little chime or something to let you know when it turns on so you dont hold the button till you think you hear it turn on All in all great buy for the used price maybe even for the new price just make sure you read All the Directions thoroughly and set your mix to about where you want it and it will deliver for whatever you are looking for with this headset

It's tougher than I would like finding that perfect balance between game audio and chat. It's simple to do, but it feels like you can turn the dials alot before you notice a change and peoples voices be loud af in your ear. You adjust the game volume and now you can barely hear people. I found a good mix, but it took some playing with. I love that i feel totally immersed in games now because the audio is louder than my last headset. Windows Sonic really shines in game allowing you to pinpoint exactly what direction sound is coming from. Played Destiny and PUBG. PUBG made a big difference. Mic monitoring isn't really great, the mic has to be really close to you mouse and you barely hear yourself. I did randomly loose sync for a couple second about 2-3 times within about 5 hours of use. I also totally lost connect when i went into the kitchen with them on (NY apartment so I didn't go far) and had to power the off and on real quick to reestablish the connection. Overall I really love them and do not regret my purchase one bit. Oh, and battery is still going strong after 5 hours and i never charged them out of the box.

Update: After a firmware update which you need to install through your computer. I can firmly say the product is better and a lot of the problems like disconnecting and mic monitoring are fixed. My only gripes with the product now are that they are still not the most comfortable headset I've worn. Maybe range could've been better, and battery life as well. Old: The headphones look premium and feel premium. However I got a few problems with them. Range wise they go up too 15 ft. Which is okay, but it's hard to take them around wherever you want compared to my previous headset which had a much longer range. Connectivity: This is in my mix feelings. While they do connect directly to the xbox I've had problems where random disconnections are frequent for no real reason, they do reconnect but they drop frquently. Battery life: In my opinion it's horrible compared to the competition. They don't last as long as it is advertised on medium volume, and they are not as comfortable around your head as other headsets with the double band for long periods of play. The top of your head and even your ears start feeling uncomfortable which btw I wear glasses so it may vary. All in all, they are great for sound but not much of anything else.

Bought these a couple months ago mainly to upgrade my Turtle Beach Headset since i got tired of having them connected to my remote and the remote battery life being drained from them. First time using them i started to get the audio issues that was present in the old firmware. I upgraded the firmware which wasnt a simple task as the only laptop i have is a Macbook. I had to find someone who had a windows PC in order to update the firmware (hopefully they allow firmware updates through mac in the future). After the firmware was upgraded the issues observed before was no longer present. Only reason i am giving these a 4 star review is I do however hear issues when playing blackops 4 and get static pops when certain sounds play out (which verified does not happen on my turtle beach). And on occasion the headset will stop playing audio all together and will need to powered down and back on the headset to fix. This hasn't been to much of a pain, but still hope a future update will fix these issues. Overall these headsets are amazing and feel comfortable. I have the Dolby Atmos turned on with these and while playing shooter games, can distinctively determine which direction the sounds are coming from. Definitely a huge upgrade from my turtle beach.
