AUDIO DISCONNECTS!

Constant audio disconnects during key moments in matches. Some static present. They’re just loud and do not sound great - it’s a “muddy” sound due to lack of EQ (I know they don’t have it but still). Nothing I’ve tried fixes the issue. Got them today and I’m processing my return today. DO NOT BUY! Not worth the $180. Keep looking fellow gamers. EDIT 1/12: Ended up with Stealth 700. I use them for Xbox and mobile gaming. ZERO issues with them. I do recommend them.

Great sound, bad Construction

The sound of these is great. I had only minor complaints until recently but I am about 6 months in and both of the plastic clips are breaking on each side of the headset. It will likely be unusable soon. The whole reason I didn’t buy turtle beach is because they always use cheap plastic that breaks. Now I am going to deal with the same thing on a premium headset. It sucks. Unfortunately I will have to look elsewhere for my next headset.

2 headsets not working after 5 months

I bought 2 of these headsets and after 5 months they both aren’t working. The mics do not work at all. I’ve tried numerous times to get support from lucid sound but there Customer service is terrible and seems like they do not want to warrant there headsets. Buyer beware on these. I’ve had nothing but trouble with these headsets

DONT BUY THESE HEADPHONES ALMOST BLEW OUT MY EARDRUM!!

When I first got this headset I was amazed but the sound drops constantly!!! Especialy if you live in an apartment building due to how its wireless feature works on also as of today randomly the right side of the headset gave out and then it sounded like a driver popped it about blew out my eardrum now the right side sounds absolutely terrible and my ear is still ringing DONT BUY THESE THEY WILL MAKE YOU DEFF!

Would return in a heartbeat

These are garbage!!!! Kept resetting sound settings! I will return them in a heartbeat gave them several chances and had the same thing happen over and over. Kept resetting the sound settings to where i couldnt hear a thing! Kept deleting the game and reinstalling with only getting 1 to 2 matches out of them. Will never buy from them again! Avoid these at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!! if it would let me give 0 stars I would!

Nonexistent Customer Service

My headset stopped working and there was literally no way for me to get in touch with a LucidSound representative. Customer service line went to voicemail (???) - and never returned the call. No e-mail option. Ignored on Twitter. Stay away from this product, because wireless headsets are glitchy, and when your LucidSound acts up you will be left flapping in the wind.

Breaking already

My husband games a lot and I bought him these thinking they would be great. The actual plastic piece that connects the headphones to the headband are breaking apart! No rough use just normal gentle on the head part so now the headphones keep cutting in and out randomly when he is gaming! It is super frustrating and has weird almost crackling noises when it does so. I wish they could come up with a solution for this!

The saddest excuse for headphones.

It "pairs" with the one x, but only works for chat or game volume when you use the cord that attaches to the controller for "chat" and said cord only works when I rotate it about 10° brand new right out of the box. I was stupid and bought this from a news article saying "best xbox headset" dont be the fool I was, buy some turtle beaches that r over priced and break in a year. At least you will be happy for a year not a minute...

Still not Fixed, thanks for ripping me off-

Update. Give it a month or so, then even with the firmware update it starts cutting out bad. Soooo disappointing. Called Lucid, they have way too many restrictions for running their headset. You have to have a certain wireless router you have to be on a certain channel, everything under the sun causes interference and their fix is to have you get rid of all of your stuff so there headset works in your own home. But first they have you see how many times you can reset it in an hour to fix it.....

Good sound bad everything else

Sound quality is okay but the reliability is awful and the knobs that control the audio never stay just an overall poor designs. The headphone have connectivity issues every other day, I wish I would have found this out before my return date passed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. PASS AND BUY SOME OTHER PAIR.
