This is a fantastic high quality canopy. We’ve had cheaper versions of canopies and setting this up we could how sturdy this canopy is. The sand bags were easy to fill and secure to the legs; it truly is a must for any canopy you plan on keeping up for any period of time. The 2 layers of vents is perfect as it allows any wind to pass under and out without disturbing the canopy. We LOVE the two flaps as well. Extended straight out it will pool rain, so if raining, it has the ability to angle then down slightly to run the water off. The only leak we have is in a seam on one side of the extension wings. A little waterproof seam tape should solve that, and no other seams leak. So worth the extra month to buy this! You won’t be disappointed.

I am in love with this tent. I use to to sell my art at a local farmers market and over venues. It is wonderful especially when its very hot out. I am able to have a larger space to display my art and still have a covered spot to sit under because of the awning. The tent is very heavy duty and I am confident that it will last a long time. Other vendors keep asking where I found the tent. Edit. I have been using the tent about 2 months now and still love it. Today is our first time setting up in the rain. Over all it’s doing a great job but there are some leeks where the side meets the awning. It’s not catching rain like other tents around me though.

Okay For Assembly, it needs 4 people on the 4 side to pull the leg out, it will take some time to figure out the hole on the top of the tent and assemble them all together. Legs on the bottom parts a little too thinner than the top parts, maybe thinner on top will be better for sturdiness. overall is good Netting Curtain I bought it separately for $60, and solar lights separately for $50

I received this canopy in 3 days after ordering to replace the 10x10 white canopy I bought at costco that lasted 7 years. Unfortunately it took a flight and destroyed itself this winter during a wind storm. I was going to buy another one from Costco but they did not have one in stock locally and I kind of wanted a canopy that's not white. Now that I bought this canopy on Amazon sight unseen trusting the reviews I am happy with my purchase. I like this canopy better, it's just as heavy duty with better features. I really hated the way you had to lock each corner on the Costco canopy for it to stay up, specially when it was getting older. On this canopy all you have to worry about is one single lock in the middle.

We installed this on a warm day into soft ground during the winter in the northeast of America. It was very easy to assemble. But, at this price this tent is probably not designed for our climate; so we added one concrete paver above each foot (over the steak) and then used the supplied sandbags over that. A huge storm came the next night. We used the included ties to anchor the tent to our fence behind it and also to a railing on the front side. The sounds were ominous, so we propped a wrought iron chair on top of the pavers and hoped for the best. The storm with continuous extremely high winds continued for the next 10 hours. It was fraught and noisy, but this tent made it completely intact not a tear or a lift, miraculous!

We put up the canopy without instructions for the two top tiers. We couldn’t get the canopy all the way up because of the 2nd tier canopy seemed too small. We asked for a replacement and it came quickly. We still encountered the same problem with the second canopy tier. The top wouldn’t lock into place. We finally got it locked into place with three people pushing up. Because we now know that it takes three people to perform the final step we have decided to keep both of them. Fix your instructions please!!!!!!!

I previously wrote a review on this item giving it 5 stars. Now I have to revise that review. This product is of poor quality. I only used it for one summer and it has already torn apart. I contacted the seller to see if they could replace the canopy top but they said they did not sell replacements for this canopy. I bought it in black and by the end of the summer it was grey. Also it is not as sturdy. The wind blew it over the retaining wall even with the sand bags. I would not recommend this product any more. Does not last.

I purchased this canopy as a Christmas present for family. It has not yet been set up. However, I researched a lot before purchasing this one. I chose this one due to the sturdiness of it, the air vents at the top (which prevent air lifting it up and blowing it away in high winds), the ease of set up in spite of its heaviness/durability, and I read through all the other reviews on this and other canopies. I also purchased a 3 year warranty for it. I have very high hopes for this canopy, but since we live in Colorado, it most likely will not be set up until the spring.

Had one similar and it blew away and broke the first gust of wing. This one has roof vents to relive the air pressure. Had some gust the day I set it up no problem. Using far better stakes than come with the kit.

Loved it. Exceded my expectations!!!
