Ripped bag and gazebo

テントを張る時に角がいきなりビリビリになりました。角が弱すぎです。まぁ安いので仕方ないですが替えのテント部品とかあればいいけど無いかなぁ(;'д｀)

Flimsy material ripped in the wind!!!

3 Legs collapsed in the first strongest wind. The cheap metal literally buckled.

地面〜軒下迄の高さが約210と回答ありましたが実際測ったら188でしたので要望合わず使えず泣く泣く返品です。あとネジがボロボロッと数ヶ所落ちて来ました。ちゃんと取り付けて返品させていただきました。

The gazebo looks great and is easy to erect, unfortunately it didn't last longer than two months before the frame snapped. After paying a lot of money for this product I am disappointed that it is now useless and I am left with nothing to show for my expensive purchase.

After one week it collapsed with broken support poles under a light snow. Not very robust, should have been able to withstand a light snow especially considering the price.

購入後3回の使用で不具合、傾いた状態になってしまいました。どうやら部品に破損があった模様。保証期間内だったので伝えると送料が掛かるので新しい物をお安くご提供されました。ありがたい申し出ですが保証があり安心して購入したつもりでしたので交換が無理なら意味がありません。 非常に残念ですが危なくて使用できませんので処分します。 それと生地は簡単に破けます。

Good frame cheap covering

Company took forever to replace top that came defective. Finally received it and it tore with minimal wind. Costumer service had promised an Amazon credit that we never even received. Horrible horrible reply time and help. Would not recommend.
