This happened because of some mild wind and rain only.

The media could not be loaded. Pole was bent at time of delivery and we just realized it and we are very very upset

Had it less than a year. It snapped. Company sending parts but told me good luck since they have to send them from over seas 🥺

Weak structure

First off, this is NOT 10x17. It is only 17 longwith the awning up. Secondly, the top of one leg was broken straight out of the box. Super disappointed.

The 2 way outer leg bracket was shattered when we opened it. There is no information on how to get replacement parts since we opened it to late to return it.

Was opening to use and one of the leg locks snapped off. Had to use tape to keep leg out.

This thing snapped as we were trying to get it set up. Didn't bother opening the second one I purchased. Both returned!

The pole for the awning is defective, being constructed with female to female parts, with male connectors at the wrong ends. See photos. Waiting to hear back from seller for a replacement part.

Poor instructions, very flimsy material. I don't think it will last a month... We'll see. If not I'll just take it back. Costco's excellent customer service is the reason I took the chance with it
