This canopy was a pain to set up with poor instructions. The top portions are separate pieces of fabric that will most likely tear after a few uses. We do not have high expectations for this canopy. Save your money and go with something else.

Would have given 5 stars but it arrived with a broken bracket for the roof/corner post..a little difficult to get canopy to fit and instructions aren't much help but gives large amount of shade and other than the broken bracket, would be a good quality gazebo seems sturdy and heavier than most. Will update IF customer service ever answers back as there is no number to call.....

Bought this while we were doing construction in the backyard. Bought on June 9th and took it down on the 15th of October. Took it down per the instructions and the whole thing ripped to shreds. I have a frame and that’s it! Can’t find replacement of canopy anywhere. It’s very disappointing!!!!! It says uv resistance….don’t purchase!!!

I HAVE HAD THIS FOR A YEAR. COVER IS TAKEN OFF WHEN NOT IN USE. USED IT ONE TIME THIS YEAR AND CANOPY RIPPED MATERIAL IS SUPER THIN NOT WORTH THE MONEY. CONTACTED COMPANY THEY DON'T OFFER REPLACEMENT CANOPY. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE INSURANCE WHEN YOU BUY THIS.

This product lasted three months because cover became brittle due to UV exposure. Now the mystery of how to contact seller. WOW

This is not easy to put up, even with two people. The canopy quality is thin. The mechanisms snap into place with force and it would be easy to catch skin or fingers. The instructions aren’t great either. Some of it you have to figure out on your own. I recommend looking for a different product.

I received this canopy in May of this year and was quite pleased with it at first. Then in late July I noticed a 6” tear in the top. I have owned other canopies in the past. I expected the canopy to eventually wear out but not in 2 months. Where can I find a replacement cover?

We put one up to provide shade on our deck in April of 2021 and left it up. By the end of the year when it was less than nine months old the fabric has gotten so weak that I can literally easily poke a hole in it with my finger. I think the fabric has degraded with exposure to UV. So, this does not seem to be a good solution for permanently installed shade. It would probably be OK for sporadic use but I don't want to be continually taking it down, storing it, and putting it back up. I will look for other solutions to provide shade for my patio.

This is a so so tent, fabric is flimsy and is not sturdy enough. But the real problem is that they don’t carry parts. This is a 3 tier tent and the middle one ripped, I emailed ABC asking to buy that part and their reply informed me that the part was $20 (perfectly ok) but that I will have to order it to their supplier in China for an extra $80 for shipping! This makes this tent a disposable tent!

I wish I opened this canopy up before my return window. It looked great when initially set up and I had high hopes. But after the first rain (not even a storm just some rain), we realized it offers zero protection from the rain... literally all our furniture under was soaked from water coming in from all the openings between the layers at the top. Pretty disappointing since we love sitting outside during a summer rain fall. Then 3x I had to go outside to lower it because it was getting blown around, even with sand bags on each leg. One storm sent it into our neighbors yard. 1 month later (and many rips in the material, not sure from what size it didn't touch anything nor did we really use it), we took it down and trashed it. Note: I previously wrote my review and was contacted via email asking to take it down in exchange for a 30$ Amazon gift card. I thought 30$ was better than a complete loss on this thing so I did. Well never did get that gift card..
