I order this for my patio i like to cook out and my tent helps me stay dry I love it glad I purchase this ABCCANOPY 10×17 FITS WELL

After 3 days of use, the cover ripped and the canopy broke. It is no longer unuseable which is unfortunate because I really liked it.

I love the look of this canopy but after a gust of wind it flew up in the backyard and the legs bent

It was not easy to put up but it is very sturdy. This will be use for my backyard for family get together. It was originally brought for the craft fair I attend but the difficulty of putting up I change my mind.

Our product was damaged upon opening the package... and of course I can't find the email with the warranty. So we will be returning unfortunately. As we actually really liked the set-up, so we will be ordering again in hopes that it arrives in tact.

Please can you replace some parts that arrived broken? Prefer not to return, think it can work! Two black plastic corner pieces arrived cracked/broken, larger of two top tent flaps has a hole in one of the corners (where plastic holder should slide in). There is also some yellow stain on the outside of the main tent (less critical, will look more closely tomorrow). Thank you!

The first one I received I had to send back some of the plastic parts were broken.When I received my second one checked it over plastic parts looked fine, but the wife had to sew a corner of the top because it was fraying.Set it up, was not easy the instructions stink And after I got it set up the quality and the sturdiness wasn’t what I was looking for so I sent it back.

The instructions that came with this canopy had nothing to do with this canopy. Most of the instructions either didn't apply to this model or were completely missing. 1 min and one other person is an absolute joke and not a funny one. 😡

AFTER 10 MONTHS THE TOP FELL APART - CAN I BUY A NEW TOP ONLY?

We kept it up all the time providing shade on our patio. Lasted from Nov 21 to 1/23. Tears were starting to appear in random locations, particularly on the sun side. First good storm and it was shredded. So this is fine if you only plan to use it occasionally.
