With the instructions being useless, poorly written and/or illustrated, you will need some experience with pop up tents. I do think this is a great tent for the price. The center has a locking mechanism that makes setting up and taking down really easy. Sign panels are nice to haves. The 2 vents to allow wind to pass through without it turning it into a balloon helps. I assembled for the first time and it took about an hour. I do expect times to greatly reduce with the canopy and sides in place. Sand bags are a good touch, but the stakes for the legs are really light weight and would be better off with heavier support system Will use for a Memorial Day party and may change my ratings

Got this for our RV campsite to protect our outside TV & create an outside TV viewing area. It works great for that purpose. The sides can come down when weather & wind picks up, but note the sides that are movable only come down about 3/4 of the way. It would be nice if the manufacturer had pre-sewn in the soft velcro receptive side along the bottom edge, either inside or outside so that you could easily attach side walls around the entire pop-up if needed. Also, you NEED to seam seal the seams so they don't leak.. in a moderate rain, the stitched seams did leak in various places so you need to use a tent seam sealer to keep that from happening. It wasn't a downpour, but it leaked in several locations along the stitching, especially the roof.
