I bought this for my grandson. He still using the original iPad and we thought we’d upgrade him and let his little brother have his old one. It’s a Christmas gift so I can’t tell you anything about it except it looks brand new.

I am a loyal Tanga customer because years ago I bought a refurbished ipad mini from them and it was worth every penny and more. So I have decided to buy another refurbished ipad. I got it after 5 days of ordering it online, which is good because everybody else takes a while to ship stuff these days because of coronavirus. I would like to thank them for installing the screen protector (it comes with the bundle) on the ipad because that's such a pain in the a** to do. Doing this shows me that they care about their customers. The ipad itself looks good I mean it doesn't look brand new but it's smooth and I see little to nothing wear and tear on it. It only allows ios 9 version software but ALL of my favorite apps works on this ipad. I watch netflix on this ipad, I do zoom meetings on this ipad... youtube works great even Tiktok works well on this ipad... So if you're reading this humble review of mine and contemplating on buying a refurbished ipad, do it! it's affordable and it does what it's supposed to do.

when I received the first 2 they looked good so I ordered another one, they are for my Grandchildren for Christmas so can't tell you any more than this so far

I purchased two iPads that where "B" graded, this did give me pause my main concern I didn't want to receive a product with any kind of screen cracks. Upon arrival and my inspection of the iPads received I was totally pleased with the condition of them. I purchased these iPads for my grandkids for Christmas the ones they currently have will not upgrade to the latest iOS releases, I am sure they will love them. Now the offer for these iPads listed that they included a cover and screen protector, my order did not come with these items. I contacted the Tanga site and asked if I would be receiving these items as a separate shipment, they promptly replied that the shipper must have run out of these two items and that they would not be forthcoming. Tanga did offer me a equivalent refund for the cost of the missing items which I was satisfied with.
