I am absolutely always cold so this long sleeved cotton jacket is a must have. This particular item is a size small which is my regular size. Although I loved the fit and comfort I do feel it was just a little on the large side. I am 5 foot 3 inches, have a 34A bust, 27 inch waist and 30 inch hips. Ordered the green and the black in the same size, the black is at least a size smaller than the green one. They are very comfortable and very nice, if you can get away with wearing casual clothes at work. It might not work in a business casual environment.
