The product itself seems to be in good shape and ready to go but I bought it as a gift and haven’t seen it used yet. The loss of a star though was because it was shipped in its product box so the shipping label won’t come off to gift. Also, the box arrived with brown gunk all over it. I can’t say I’m feeling too proud to gift this as is.

The first splash pad by this company that we bought popped. I was very disgruntled and wrote a review on Amazon and I also got a refund from Amazon. Imagine my surprise when the company mailed me another splash pad for free as well as refunding me for my original purchase. I was flabbergasted and in awe. I’m happy to say that the second splash pad is holding up well and my daughter absolutely adores it. I recommend this product to because this company has integrity.

We only used it a handful of times before it ripped. Definitely doesn't hold up under regular use. Wouldn't recommend for kids who can run around. Better for a sitter or crawler. The nozzle also leaks terribly. UPDATE: The seller reached out and refunded our order and provided a replacement splash pad. I would highly recommend working with this company based on the great care they took in responding to my feedback.

We really love this sprinkler. It’s perfect for our little guy! The only two downsides are I wish the spray was a little lower so it would be a little less intimidating (they are just over 2 feet high I would estimate). There may be a way to control that with the water pressure, I suppose and definitely not a deal breaker! Also, emptying it once you are done is kind of a pain. That said, it’s the perfect size and so fun. It’s very durable. And we’ve actually had a lot of fun in it after we’ve shut the water off and it’s just retaining water.... kind of like a big puddle which my son loooves! Overall, great addition to the yard on a hot day.

I had a big blow up pool for a few summers that took a lot of set up time. I thought this splash pad would be quick and easy; and it is. The first one I received had a hole in the seam. I contacted the seller as they put their contact information in the box. The seller sent me a new one right away! It’s perfect for my 5 year old to have impromptu playtime in the backyard whenever he wants. It’s also easy to clean unlike the inflatable pools that are hard to keep up.

The first item I received had a hole in the side, I filled it up slowly and left the hose on halfway but it still had a leak. I contacted the company and they shipped out a new one no problem and the new one works great but my toddler doesn’t like it because it fills up with water constantly so it’s cold from the hose. It needs to be on perfectly level ground or it’s like a pool.

I returned it....knew it would not last long...since my daughter has 3 dogs that might try to cool off also. One dog paw and there would be a hole punctured in plastic. After returning, I immediately got a message from the owner of the company who asked me to accept another pool (free of charge) and see if it is durable enough to handle the dogs. Granddaughter's birthday was yesterday....she will be using the pool later this week. I was surprised when I looked at the new pool, the vinyl is very heavy duty. The owner of this company truly believes in their product and wants to make customers happy. Granddaughter was a bit scared of the water splash...but liked the A B C's.

No assembly required. Just open the box, attach a hose, and you're ready to go. The plastic used is durable but if there is too much horse play, it will break. It is a good compromise between value and cost. I'm glad we bought it. We are very happy with this product but there is one thing to keep in mind. You cannot use too much water pressure. The instructions are quite clear on this. We use about half pressure which increases life span, but also lowers the height of the fountain stream.

Overall it was a hit with my kids. But the first time we used it there was a big leak where you connect the hose. I’m sure that this is a common manufacturing defect. It still works but wastes a lot more water and requires the hose to be turned up higher. Update: the company acted quickly and replaced the product at not cost to us and refunded our purchase. Excellent customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase with Customer service that is this good!

I was looking for something my college age daughters can use this summer to stay cool in the California heat. This seemed to be the right mix of easy to set up for a cool off from the heat. They can lay in it, sit in it and it doesn't splash all over the place. We did have a little trouble with the hose connection, The hose needs to be coming from "above" or the connection leaks so we put a bucket under it to hold it up. Problem fixed.
