I Bought two of these so when my grandson came to visit he would have one to play with as well as one at home. Videos of the one I sent to my grand son were amazing however ....we were not so lucky with the one we got as it leaked. ...customer service was amazing though cannot say enough about when something goes wrong they fix it !!love this company will buy again!!!

Simple product to use but I hade to make modifications to make it work properly which is the reason for the 3 star review. The plastic piece that connects to the hose leaked everywhere, seems to be a design flaw because my neighbor has the exact same one and it had the same problem. I remedied this by adding another flat hose ring inside the connector.

We loved it the first week we got it. However within a week or two you could tell that it wouldn’t hold water as much and the plug that the water hose hooks up to-wouldn’t hold the water right, then within days time it stopped holding water at all. Not worth the money!! However they gave us a full refund & sent us a brand new one for free. (Actually two free replacements) we are impressed!!Good customer service! Thanks so much

Do not use on cement!! It does say this on the box but I didn’t see that until I had already purchased this product with the sole purpose of putting it on my cement patio. Instantly my three year old slipped and smacked his head on the hard ground. It also leaks heavily at the hose insert point which is a huge waste of water. Overall the product is fun especially for my 10 month old and 3 year old but only on the proper surface.

UPDATE: Great customer service. After writing the below review they reached out and credited me a refund and sent a replacement. Hoping the second one outlasts the first. But very happy with how the company treated me. *added one star It worked for about 2 weeks of light use and then the side seam completely split open today while the hose was attached. It was fun while it lasted. But even for the lower price it should have lasted more than 2 weeks!

I bought this for my grandkids and they LOVED it! Perfect size for the backyard. The water spits in the air and is perfect. Great purchase- worth the price- will purchase for my other daughters. Perfect for kids 8 and under. ***Update- Lowered the rating from 5 to 3 stars. The seam of the water filled ring has burst open. Sadly, the kids only played with this for 2 days but they loved it while it was working.

My kids absolutely love this splash pad! It's every affordable for what you get. But, I literally could not get it to attach it to the hose. I finally found a neighbor to help me, and we got it to work, but it leaked. Then I had to get another neighbor to help me get it unscrewed. Later, at a different house, my husband was able to attach it without a leak, but he had to try two different hoses.

after a few minutes of using this pool with sprinklers, the pool gets full of water, and than the water just overflows out of the pool. If you turn off the water, there is not enough pressure to hold the sides of the pool and the water flows out. Overall - to use this pool, you have to constantly turn the water on - take this into an account.

This item is not designed to last long. After hooking it up to our hose for the 4th time, with limited use each time, a foot long area of the seam split open. I would not recommend purchasing. 7/25/19 I am writing an update to my review. The company read my review and responded in a generous way by refunding my purchase price and sending us a replacement item. We have not yet tried the replacement item to see if the quality is more durable. I will upgrade to three stars based on customer service.

My son absolutely loved playing on this splash pad. The reason I am giving it four stars is that it is easy to set up, folds and stows away easily and you can adjust the height of the water. We brought this to a 4th of July event and all of the kids loved it. The only problem is that our first splash pad arrived defective. We received a replacement and the second one has now popped at the seam. The company stated they are having issues with water being turned on too quickly and the seam bursting. This happened with our second splash pad and we did not even have the water turned up that high. This is great for a few time uses but may burst at the seam, be warned and do not turn water up too quickly!
