** update: GREAT customer service! They sent me a replacement splash pad and responded within an hour with exp. shipping confirmation. **This has been a great splash pad. My son was 6 months when I bought it last year so the use of a small baby it was great. This year when I got it out he stepped on the sprinkler part as he was getting into the middle pool part and the seam completely burst. I stored this properly over winter but am disappointed it couldn’t withstand the use of my toddler. Cool concept and he loved it while it lasted.

Excellent customer service! My first splash pad had a wall blow out, could have been from my 1yo stepping on it, not sure but SplashEZ immediately sent me a brand new replacement pool! The second pool has held up without any problems. Can't recommend them more! Wonderful family owned company and an awesome summer toy that is easy to use and clean up! Plus leaving the water just barely on once it's full is all you need to give great sprinkler height so doesn't waste much water!

Ok this thing is awesome and its perfect for me to keep cool while my 14 month old plays in it. The only downside is where the hose hooks to, its a bit easy to trip over, but all in all, its perfect for splashing, the water is what actually inflates the sides, and once the sides are filled, you can lower the flow of your hose to lessen the shower coming out of the holes, making for a great summer fun day. Its also very easy to take down, rinse off, dry out and bring it inside, preventing it from getting grody. Definitely worth it if you have toddlers.

Finally got around to testing this thing out and let me tell ya--even the adults had fun with it too! My husband probably shouldn't have been running through this also, but apparently he was! My kids are having a blast this summer w/ this newfound splash pad and I would gladly buy it again in a heartbeat. Ohh--and make sure wherever you plan on setting this bad boy up, that you fill it up in that spot cause once the hose starts full blast, this is heavy and un-movable. Great item for toddlers say up to three years old or so — they had a great time running through sprays and we didn’t have to worry when they slipped. All made of a nice softer rubber/plastic?? And water is only a couple inches deep within the circle. We like Bette than a pool as so easy to set up and move around.

This splash pad was an absolute lifesaver during the COVID summer of 2020. I just heard people were putting tarps under them to make a larger splash pad and wish I'd thought of that. Our dog did nip one area but it just made another water stream, no big deal. LOVE this and can't wait to try the tarp thing in 2021.

This is a great little splash pool. Both of the children liked it and spent over an hour the first use. The only thing is that the hose is a bit difficult to attach. I used a garden hose I had on hand and I believed it to be a 3/4 inch hose. I still had leaking around the fill spout but if it had been attached properly the spray would have been higher and stronger. Planning to buy a new hose that I'm 100 percent sure is 3/4 inch.

The first sprinkler we received busted open after a couple of uses! I’m guessing from too much water pressure, although the hose wasn’t turned all the way up. I contacted the company as it happened literally the day after my return window closed. They were quick to respond and offer a replacement, which arrived within a couple of days! The fast replacement was greatly appreciated as this was by far my son’s favorite birthday present and my kids both beg to play in it everyday! I think for what I paid I’m not too shocked that it broke, and I am extremely impressed with the customer service. Would buy again for that reason alone!

My toddler LOVES this thing!! It’s easy to tote around for play dates too. That thing has been through quite a bit with bigger kids using it as a slip and slide and accidentally put on dirt balls and it still looks new! We put the hose all the way on for bigger kids and turn it down so it doesn’t splash so hard for my 1 year old. It fills a little in the center with water so little scan splash around.

Kids had fun until the side busted out! I contacted the company and they are sending me a new one so I can revise then. As of right now, it would not be something I would gift because I would worry about durability. I definitely recommend a flat surface. Edited: Company sent me a new one! When you use it, be very careful of the water pressure. We had ours on mostly high. The floor gets a little slippery so I do not recommend using it on cement.
