Broke after two uses

My son loved this splash pad, but it broke after just two uses. It was used in the grass on a flat surface and busted right along the seam when no one was even playing in it. Waste of money!

Great idea, but...

First thing I noticed was wow- this was entirely PVC. You can smell it. I had to air it outside for a few weeks. My baby’s head smelled like PVC and I had to go wash him immediately after. The adapter part began to leak after a couple uses. Also, it gets pretty darn deep and my kids (1 and 3) were constantly slipping and falling on their back, so it was pretty scary to use this. Half the time the sprinkler holes would point outward. It’s just very inconsistent. The company gave me a refund so I appreciate that. But this is PVC. An extremely toxic compound that you’re exposing your own children to? Skip this and go with a sprinkler instead. Ultimately this went in the trash.

Unreliable seal

After seeing this product on a fellow IGer’s page, I decided to purchase it in hopes of it being a quicker set-up and take down than a kiddie pool for my Saint Bernard (yes, my dog). The set-up went very smoothly. No issues getting the hose hooked up. However, the problem occurred the moment the water was turned on. Unless I held the hose straight up (as seen in the image), the seal around the base of the ring leaked. It seemed as though each time the hose laid down, it just pulled at the seal at the base which was not sealed properly (glued?). I sadly feel like I wasted my money for the small amount of time my Saint was able to enjoy it before it fully ripped at that connection seam due to the pressure from the hose/water.

Does not stay inflated

This pool is a perfect size for my twins just getting used to the water. It’s shallow and cute. I was under the impression the outer ring inflated to keep the water in but it doesn’t. It fills with water from the hose and once it gets full, that’s when the sprinklers activate. Then you have to adjust the water flow to your desired sprinkler height. The pool just kept filling and filling until the water spilled over the edge. So I turned the hose off and all the water drained out. What?! It wouldn’t even stay inflated so my girls could enjoy the pool. So you have to keep the hose on and run the sprinklers constantly to keep the outer ring inflated. What a waste of water! This does not qualify as a pool because it doesn’t hold any water.

Nozzle not threaded right for regular garden hose

You need an adapter to make this fit correctly. We had a new hose and the threads were tying to cross thread. I had multiple people attempt to thread it and all were unsuccessful. We did get it to barely catch so it leaked but did at least spray some water. Would have been 5 stars if the threads would have been right.

All of them bust

Update- They've sent me several and all the splash pads bust after using 2-3 times. Don't waste your money and time. Update- in attempts to remedy situation I've received a replacement. We've only used one, but I give 5 starts for customer service at least. Update- 4th time it busted. We've used 3 times, no problems yet. To the people saying it popped I think weren't being very observant to the ground where they put it down on. I make sure there aren't any sticks or anything that could puncture it. My 11 year old and 2 year old play together with this. Very versital for all ages

Pure junk, don’t buy!!......

...... Unless you only plan to use it once for a few minutes.... I bought thissplash pad for my four-year-old granddaughter who came to stay for The weekend with me during a massive heat wave. We set it up and it worked beautifully and she loved it, but within 10 minutes the seam busted at the hose connection and now it barely works on all of the other sprinkle holes. All the water mostly comes out of the new hole where the hose is connected. I could have just set up my cheap sprinkler if that is all this is good for. This is hands-down the biggest piece of junk I ever bought and only about the 3rd 1 star review I ever gave to any product..
