My 1 1/2 year old niece has a blast with this. the sprinkler was immensely fun for her as she tried to stop the water from coming out. What keeps this from being 5 stars is the fact that I live in the city and we don’t have patches of grass to put things on. So we had to put this on concrete and watch her very carefully. She slipped a few times as well. Next time we’ll be finding something to put under it, but would be nice if the bottom of this thing had some more cushion or grip.

This product was fun and my 3 year olds enjoyed it a lot. They played in it for at least an hour. As a teacher I was really happy that the bottom of the toy has colorful letters for the kids to find. This is not a pool however so it’s not deep and it needs to be connected continuously to a hose for the water to spray up. You could probably use it as a pool for the 1 year olds. The bottom is soft and I have a concrete deck so I used the thick puzzle like gym mats underneath and it worked out great. I hope you find this review helpful.

Material is thick and durable. Very easy to set up, you just attach the hose and the outer rim fills with water. My son (7 months) loves water and is very active, This easily entertains him for a while. He enjoyed watching the water sprinkle inside the pool, you can adjust the height by the pressure of the water. We turned it off and just sat in the pool with a few puddles and he just splash the water around and played with his toys. He like looking at the pictures of the abc print. All in all good buy. Will see how long it lasts.
Just my opinion
I Purchased this after reading about what a great toy a splash pad is for young children. I got it for my two-year-old grandson and at first he was a little hesitant about it and actually slept on it as well but as the summer has moved on he really enjoys it. Would probably be better suited for four and up. It seems to be pretty well-made and a great way to cool off in the summer

I bought this for my 2 yr old. She's terrified of the water shoots on full blast, but loves when the water level is low so she can jump over rather than through. The hose connector keeps leaking. The attachment they provided doesn't fit in a standard garden hose, so I used the o-ring and just screwed the connector onto my garden hose. By time she's done playing, the yard is a mud pit because of the water leaking from the connector. However, it was rather inexpensive and she thinks it's the coolest thing since sliced bread. So, I'll take it. I just wish the hose connector was better.

The kids love it. One is 15 months old and she likes the plop down in it. Shallow enough for her to play in. My other grand daughter is 3 1/2 years old and she loves the sprinkler part. She runs through it squealing and laughing. She found a way to run and slide into it splashing all of the adults. It was so hot that we were walking through the sprinkler as well. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the hose attachment is tricky and it’s awkward. You have to prop it up so it doesn’t lay flat which could tear it. They need to fix the orientation of the hose attachment.

Just plug your water hose and 2 minutes later you'll get a sprinkling bath... the letters are extra but my kid just love to play in the water. The online problem it has that the surface is VERY slippery so you must make sure the floor is cushioned or soft if the kid falls....!

The mat busted at the seam during our second use; however, the company quickly issued a refund and express mailed a replacement so my son back to playing in no time. Would highly recommend both the pad and this company due to their impeccable customer service. My one year old son was hesitant but warmed up. I kept cool with my feet in the pool while he splashed in the water. I didn’t keep the water running the whole time, but periodically. It was a wonderful afternoon. My 8 and 12 year old nieces also had a fun time running through the spray on another occasion.

We love this splash pad! It's perfect to set up in the yard on a hot day, and in our fenced in yard, I'm not worried about counting and running after my children every second. All of my kids, ages 2-10 love running and jumping through it. The pressure is good when I turn the hose on full blast and the sprays go 4.5 -5 feet tall. We loved it and would definitely buy again. The only problem is it sprung a leak in the seam after my 60 lb 10yo ran through and stepped on the rim. It patched okay, and I know he's beyond the ideal weight limit, but I wish there was a bit more durable product offered for my rough and tumble boys.

Quality notes: the water sprays up nicely and fills the outer tube, creating a shallow splash pool while the hose is on. The hose does not attach quite properly, but it does well enough that the splash pad works just fine. Just don't expect perfection. I can't say how long it will last as we are just using it for the first time. A side note: this is presented as an educational-ish toy, with the animals and abc's, and yet there is a unicorn on it, which is a mythical/religious icon. I would not have bought it if i had seen the unicorn, as unicorns are against my religious beliefs. Edit: I've now had this for a couple of months. It has held up well. My kids like it and so do our ducks! Lol
