Came broken -- light doesn't turn on in on mode

So this product seemed amazing on paper. I like that it folds up taking less space. The several modes are also very convenient. The price for 2 seemed very reasonable and best of all this uses usb c like most modern devices.Unfortunately that's about as good as it gets the blue light didn't seem to help much and either drains the battery significantly faster or the battery size is significantly smaller since it died within an hour. Unfortunately I haven't been able to confirm which one it is since it won't recharge. For something that is pretty well engenired to have convenient features why would you cheap out on the most important one of all? I have tried using the included cables as well as several of my other usb cables and none of them are charging the device.This would have been an a great device if it worked more than once.

The idea that they were rechargeable is a great idea. When I received them I tried one out and it worked. I then charged both units, but when I turned them on, neither one of them worked. I consulted the directions, thinking I wasn’t doing something right, but I was. The units just didn’t work. One of them had a rattling sound when I moved it.Unfortunately, that’s the end of my review since I returned these to Amazon. Due to the rattling, I decided not to get an exchange because I feared quality control at this company might not be great for this consumer device.

Very disappointing. This thing doesn't work in any of the modes. It doesn't zap at all. I should have read the reviews.

It takes 3.5 hours just to charge it. Yet, it'll drain the battery in like a hour. A waste of money to me!

Only working less than 1 min after full day of charging. I like the design but this is not working at all.

Looked great, didn’t work at all on my flying and biting nats

Used once. Fully charged. Never worked again. So many hoops to go through to return. Shouldn't be that way. Buyer beware.

These do not work. I thought for sure for the price I’m paying, these have got to be good. NOPE! I will be returning these for my money back.
