Does not hold charge

Lights don't turn on, won't charge. I haven't even used it. Button and build quality are just junk

wont stay charged

This product does NOT WORK!!! FULL CHARGED ONLY LASTS 10 MINUTES!!! Then you need to re-charge again and again!!!

Does not work

I charge them. Use it once. Dead. I charge again thinking I'm crazy, maybe I left it on. But nope, it just keeps dying by itself. I returned it.

I have used this product for about couple of months now and have not seen it be use full in either of the three modes.. let alone attacking bugs it doesnt work when you swat the device on a bug.not sure if I got a bad one.. But now that i cant return the product, I am going to officially declare it as a junk and send it on its journey to its resting place.. Amen.
