I ordered this product and was told it would arrive at a certain time within 10 days and it didn't show up until 3 weeks later, passed the time that I needed them for my son. Once they arrived they were clearly used. The tags and inserts were off the product. There was a googly eye in the box. Dirt and stains on the shoes and lint inside them. Really frustrating to get a used product without being told and that it arrived SO much later than expected. I was going to rerun them anyways but I am especially going to now.

Zippers get stuck on material. Not easy for kids to zip up. We loved these last year. This year bought a pair, returned due to zipper, bought another, same problem.

Second pair ordered, same problem. Zipper doesn’t work.

Just got the package and the boots are used and returned product. Disappointed with the product quality check.

A pencil size area for the toes. I couldn’t get my fingers in the toe area. My 3 year old could not get his toes in

These boots fit ok but we were disappointed to find the zipper is stuck. We could not return them because it was past the 30 day window. Frustrating!😐😐😐
