The zipper doesn’t slide up/down, boots seemed like they would have been good for cold Michigan winters - didn’t use them until January 25th when we got 6” of snow and below zero weather - window to return closed. Will not order something so far in advance the next time. Boots ordered in November - not used until January! How to predict when you’ll need snow boots?

I ordered these Boots so that my son would have boots for the weekend. However, I got them today and somehow the cloth on the inside of the boot is in the zipper so that's stuck down. So I can't put them on my kid. I get that it's not the products fault, but the shipper. However, this is something that literally could have been seen during their quality control. I'm just going to go into a store and buy a pair of that I'm not going to have this issue hopefully.
