Cheaper alternative. But you get what you pay for. Name brands are far better and longer lasting.

Wife loves the decorative battery operated candles this time of year. She has a dozen of them that can be set to come on automatically every night for 4 or 6 hours. Decided to try the Amazon brand versus the name brand we typically use because of the crazy inflationary prices on everything these days. In less than a month half the candles have burnt out the past few days requiring replacement. Typically they will last well into December so definitely did not hold up well. We have purchased the C size Amazon batteries in the past and they did very well so perhaps it just the double AA's.

I bought this battery since my daughter have a lot of toys and they needs battery. However, this battery cannot stay long but the price is cheaper than the previous one I bought.

We purchased a (36?) Count pack of AA batteries. First few used for things like remote battery replacements and worked great. Couple months, like 3mts months later we used some more from the same package for our kids toys they received as bday presents. We originally thought there was a problem with the toy itself, that the remote to the car (it was a transformer remote control car) wasn't working properly so we sent it back to Amazon for a replacement. But then the same thing happened with the new replacement. We decided to just try out some mix matched Duracell and Energizer batteries that were a couple YEARS old (as compared to these Amazon ones that were only MONTHS old) and it worked perfectly. So then we tested out the rest of the batteries in the pack with our desk calculator and found that out of the 13 batteries left, 8 of them were no good.Never had this issue before. As far as we know anyways. The AAA batteries seem to all be fine. Not sure if we got a bad batch or if these batteries just don't last a few months laying around?? But now that we discovered this issue we realized all our remotes and other battery related items do not seem to last that long with these Amazon batteries. It's a shame bc the price is so sweet. But totally not worth it. We will be searching around for different brand of batteries to use. Or just going back to our trusty Duracell/Energizer brands.*Also, I didn't check for exp dates when we originally received these batteries but I highly suggest doing so & testing out ALL the batteries before putting them up for later use and realizing later on when the return date is no longer good to find out you also received a good or bad batch.Very disappointed Amazon. You kinda ruined our kiddos surprise present. Next day shipping doesn't work for a toy when u need new batteries as well and didn't realize it 😢
