Does not keep ice

It’s a good size but doesn’t keep ice long at all.

Just because it's a brand name, doesn't mean it's good

I assumed with the name Camelbak, this water bottle would be great. First of all, you have to squeeze the top with your teeth (bite it essentially) to extract the water. Why would they design it to work this way? Second, it seems like half the time the water comes out super slowly because it’s almost like it gets jammed in the plastic straw part. Would never buy again.

Arrived dented

It’s a very pretty water bottle, but arrived with a fairly large dent in it and leaks if I don’t screw on the top exactly right (still not sure how to even do that). It keeps cold water cold for at least a couple hours longer than the non-insulated camelbacks, but it seems like you really need ice in there to keep it cold for 6+ hours.

Wish the sipping mechanism was different

Absolutely love the color and look of this water bottle. Unfortunately, it’s mostly aesthetically pleasing and not very practical. The sipping mechanism isn’t great - it’s hard to drink from and would have been much better if it were simply a straw or straight sipper. It feels strange and unintuitive to simply drink water! I will say the bottle does a pretty good job of retaining temperature, but I just can’t get over how difficult it is to drink from!

Pretty water bottle, less functional

The water bottle is very pretty, has some heft, and skinny enough to fit in some (not all) car cup holders. However, it does not keep drinks as cold as my Owala and Stanley bottles. Additionally, the bite-to-drink mechanism of the mouthpiece requires some force to successfully achieve. By the time I finish drinking, my jaw is tired from the coordination and strength required. Finally, the mouthpiece has a lot of little pieces to remove for thoroughly cleaning. I am not confident that this mouthpiece will stay mold-free for long.
