I received this heated blanket at Christmas 2023. Yesterday, when I went to use it, it wouldn't turn on. No light came on the battery. I never kept it plugged in. Always unplugged when done using it. I am so disappointed that something I loved so much wouldn't even last a year! I will buy another one but it won't be a Brookstone.

The reviews are legit. This blanket sucks. It stopped working after washed it according to its own instructions and used it once. It won’t turn on at all now. Returning.

Blanket is soft and warms nicely. But just like several other reviews, blanket stopped working after washed according to package instructions. Also, although it is a plush blanket, you can still feel the warming wires. The on/off button is also oddly placed in the corner of a blanket.

Blanket did not warm up even at the highest setting. I had to return it.

I bought this blanket two weeks ago. At first, it worked great! Heated up fast and stayed warm. Now the blanket only heats up on one side and the highest heat setting isn’t even hot anymore. I will be returning this.

I bought this on Black Friday. I’m usually a big review checker but was in a rush and wasn’t able to see them before I bought it. The blanket itself was very soft but thin and only half of it heated up. I ended up returning it and will be looking elsewhere.

I loved this blanket, for the 3 weeks that it worked. It suddenly quit working when it just sat on our couch for the month. It blinks, but none of the trouble shooting steps on google are fixing the issue. Waste of $35 unfortunately.

First one I bought half of it heated it up. This one heats up in random spots. I’ll never buy again.

This blanket was great until I washed it. I followed the instructions exactly as written. Now it will not turn on or heat up. Complete waste of money!
