Where I live winters get very cold, so I’m a big fan of having a heated blanket available to warm up a bit instead of trying to up the heat in the whole house. And my cats love heated blankets, too, which is a nice bonus. So far I’ve really enjoyed this Brookstone throw. It’s pretty soft, though it’s not as plushy as some others I’ve had. And I quite like the one touch control rather than having the controller on the cord (though it does become easier to turn on or turn up by accident). However, this blanket doesn’t actually seem to get very warm. Obviously it’s not a heating pad, but other blankets I’ve had get up to a pretty toasty temperature where as this one feels more like just a little bit extra coziness than “heat”. So if you’re looking for something that really cranks out heat this may not be the one for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heats up perfectly! It doesn’t get too hot which is nice. It’s super soft and lightweight so it’s really comfortable especially for the colder months. I love that the remote control is built in and not really bulky.

Very comfy! I thought it would be bigger, but the size works for me if I’m studying or reading. The wire is super long lol so it gets bunched up on the ground next to you unless you plug it in far away but I think the warmth is definitely HOT especially on the fourth setting!

This throw is super soft and cozy on its own, but the heat adds a whole new level. The heating elements are located all throughout the blanket, so it heats evenly. I like that there are different heat settings. The controller is easy to use, and because it is built-in, I don't have to worry about losing it. I might have to buy one more blanket because my son is trying to steal this from me!

This blanket is awesome. It's so soft to touch, and the size is perfect. The material looks long-lasting and durable.

It is a little bit small to snuggle up underneath, but it is super soft and folds up nicely even with the heating elements inside it. I love the control, however - one small note would be to put it near the plug so it is easier to locate.

The price is great and I love the material and print. I just wish it was a little bigger. I wanted it cover my recliner chair and it falls off. The measurements are listed so I can't really complain. Its super cozy. I wanteto tie in a grey chair to my other beige furniture so the print is perfect. Kinda wish the control was on the cord not the blanket. I keep accidentally turning it on.

The blanket was also really soft and I really liked the design. The only think I didn’t love is that the cord is a bit bulky and sometimes got in the way but it wasn’t too big of a deal.

I like the softness of the fabric but wish it was little bigger. Throw heats up very good
