Didnt even get to try, blue hose that was supposed to be in water reservoir was stuck between front face plate and reservoir. It’s going back tomorrow.

Trash. Does not cool a bedroom at all. It’s basically a fan that sprays mist every now and then. It actually made the room extremely humid which was worse. I don’t recommend this product at all.

Would give this thing 0 stars if possible. The room actually managed to get even HOTTER with this thing in there. Even froze the filter like suggested for “optimum results”. Returning immediately

First day, blue hose came out of reservoir. Leaked everywhere. Was almost impossible to get back in. Now 3 weeks later, it won’t blow any “cooling” mist. Turns on for a second and turns right back off. Don’t waste your time. I can’t even return it because I don’t have the box and customer service is no help…

I made the mistake of purchasing without reading reviews first. The drainage tube is poorly cut so I didn't even know it wasn't in the tank so water got everywhere. Had to remove the tray handle in order to maneuver it back inside the tank. I froze the water cube and even added ice water. It made my room hotter and added humidity to the room. The name alone is false advertisement because there is nothing arctic cold about it. Even just as a fan, it's not very cool and it's way too loud. The insert says do not return to store but I hope Target takes this poorly made product back anyway!

Having the name "arctic" involved in this piece of junk is laughable. Pour in. water that doesn't last long enough to do anything but make it wet in front of the machine. It encourages you to put ice in it but has no way to do so; it says to place the filter in the freezer. The filter is longer than most freezers and you would need to remove everything else in the freezer to do it. I feel stupid having purchased it and Target should feel stupid for stocking it. THIS IS A WASTE OF $$$!!! It does not "chill" a dang thing.

Garbage. You can barely feel it 2 feet away from you. My $17 box fan does more than this. Returning tomorrow. Do not buy this.

Will be returning immediately, made the room hotter instead of cool. Do not waste your money. A complete waste of time and money. Paid $110 bucks for this thing worst money I’ve ever spent.

Will return this after trying it for one night. Expected much more but I was disappointed. Hope I can just buy a regular AC. My fan does a better job for a cheaper price.

With the heat it only makes my room extremely hotter. I paid for it to basically do the opposite of what i wanted it to honestly. Unfortunately i have bars on my windows so i can’t get a window AC but those would be way better than this.
