I have this on my side door of my garage for my kids to go through without having a key since they lose keys a lot. Installation was simple less than 10 minutes and I was up and working. Programming was a cinch and have not had any issues with it for the past 6 months. Would recommend highly

Easy to follow instructions, and really easy to put together. No need to give out house keys. Well worth the money, and I would tell a friend to purchase this item.

It's installed on a back door that doesn't get a lot of traffic so wear and tear shouldn't come into play.
