Really like the mechanics of this system as there are no worries in that department. Just plan on using about 20 double A batteries per year as I have to change them about every few months. This is more than my previous model but like the keypad aspect.

Easy to install and easy to setup. When your leaving 1 button to lock it.

Easy to install , but very touchy....it is too easy to press the buttons twice and "misdial."

I have had other keyless entry locks but with a knob so you have to enter the code and then turn the lock knob. This one turns the lock automatically but because it does, it uses too much battery power. I buy the most expensive batteries I can and it only lasts a couple of months. With cheap batteries, you are lucky to get a month. On the keyless entry lock I had prior to this, the batteries lasted more than a year. Other than that, it is a decent unit.

the exterior was nice, the oil rubbed bronze looked nice and authentic. The interior on the other hand is an awful mess. The mounting plate, lock housing and dead bolt all have different level hole drilled in them. when the lock and the dead bolt line up the mounting plate is off. The machining on the lock makes it uninstallable. back in the box for return.

They sent the wrong bolts for mounting. Had to send it back.
