I love the item but it has two flaws and one that may initiate a return. One of the top sprayers is separated from the material part with the Velcro and because it is a hard plastic it is pretty seriously scratching the kids backs when they enter that part of the slide!

I thought it was bigger

This is more of a review about the safety concern. We haven't set up the bounce house yet because I noticed it's actually meant for kids 6+ (according to the physical tag attached to the product). We bought this for our 2.5 and 1 year olds because online it was advertised for 3 MONTHS and up. If it's a typo then it needs to be changed. But now it makes me question everything else I read about this product so we may end up just returning it.

Just opened this product, and it had two big holes on the top. Window to exchange pass by one day. Would like to be contacted back about a refund or exchange

I’ve only had this for a month and the slide is starting to come apart at the seams at the base. As a result, water is getting inside and not draining out. My kids are only 4 and 6 so not heavy at all. Definitely not worth $500.
