Can't use it

The quality of the product is very bad

I’ve only had this for a month and the slide is starting to come apart at the seams at the base. As a result, water is getting inside and not draining out. My kids are only 4 and 6 so not heavy at all. Definitely not worth $500.

Just opened this product, and it had two big holes on the top. Window to exchange pass by one day. Would like to be contacted back about a refund or exchange

This is more of a review about the safety concern. We haven't set up the bounce house yet because I noticed it's actually meant for kids 6+ (according to the physical tag attached to the product). We bought this for our 2.5 and 1 year olds because online it was advertised for 3 MONTHS and up. If it's a typo then it needs to be changed. But now it makes me question everything else I read about this product so we may end up just returning it.
