The touch screen on this refurbed iPad Air 3 was glitchy. Seller's generous return/replacement policy allowed me to return this one and replace it at no additional cost to me. Return shipping was free and easy & its replacement arrived even before I returned the defective one. Just wish I didn't have to return it.

I got the iPad today, it's real nice and works great and looks great. However after I spent many hours adding all of the apps and logging into all of my accounts, I went to check to see how much space I had left. I found this does NOT have 256GB, it only has 64GB. I am seriously ticked off because the 64GB version costs WAY less than what I spent for the 256GB one that is shown on my order form. Total ripoff. I emailed them and am waiting for a response. Getting an iPad with only 64GB when you paid for one with 256GB is a huge letdown. And a waste of the extra money I paid for it over a 64GB one. I checked my account, my order form and my shipping confirmation and they ALL say 256GB
