I purchased for my husband in June used it in June 1 time. Went to use it in August and the burner wouldn't light. We thought we were out of gas bought another tank, and it still did not work. Very disappointing. Shame on me for thinking I was getting a reputable product. I bought all accessories. This was an added tool to my husband's catering business now its taking up space in the bag in the closet.

I saw this and got it for my patio. Assembly was easy by my package came in scratched and was super late. Also , for some reason it’s really hard to ignite and my middle stove takes for ever to ignite.

The media could not be loaded. Paint is flammable and dangerous. Paint burns and flakes of still on fire.

The second time I used this burner the knobs melted off. Even worse the regulator did not function properly and I had to swap it out with one from a heater I had. This is complete junk!

Got this grill and turned it on to Medium heat. Within 2 minutes, the plastic knobs on the front of the grill started melting and falling off due to losing their physical integrity. When I arranged to return this defective item, GoPlus expects "ME" to pay for shipping it back to them. I didn't make or sell a defective and dangerous item, I certainly don't see why "I" would pay to ship it back. I contacted GoPlus and was told to pay for it myself or keep the dangerous product. Shipping costs are more than I paid for the item, itself. GoPlus is forcing me to get help the litigating way, for no reason other than they don't stand behind their product.

Mine worked well for a few months and the hose started leaking. I replaced the hose and a few weeks later, the stove itself is out of service. Unfortunately, I did not purchase any protection plan. I am shopping around now to purchase in a different store.

This is the first review I have ever written on a product, but I felt compelled to warn others. Could be a fluke, but after only a couple hours of use, gas started leaking out of the gaskets that lead to the burner, which resulted in flames outside the burner area. There were flames shooting out the holes where the control handles are. Clearly poor craftsmanship.
