Brand new out of the box we couldn't get it to work with 2 different propane tanks. Ultimately went to Lowes and spent $25 on another hose with a regulator and worked like a charm. This would be a 5 star product for value and sturdiness of the grill itself but being that I had to go buy my own hose to make it work I can't go over 3 stars

if you are not handy man, do not buy this product. poor connection it leaks gas. paid $150 for a burner i have to fix the leak.

We use these for water bath canning. Impossible to get the temperature right. No matter how low we turn them down, we can't get a steady boil, just a very rapid boil. Overheating causes loss of fluid in the jars. I would think it would burn your food when cooking too.
