I love this machine. Honestly I felt burn next day. I am gonna keep using until I see results. One thing tho use gloves cuz you might get blisters but otherwise I'm super happy with. I will recommend. I'm 5.6 and 130 work great for me

 I love this machine. It came fully assembled and ready to use. It’s super easy to use but does take stamina to get your reps done. I started out at 5 reps 3x and now I’m at 10-15 3x every other day. I truly feel the burn in my mud and upper abdomen & see a difference in the appearance of them. This is the best purchase I’ve made towards my in home gym regimen.

Very very easy to set up. Very easy to use. Red caps done stay in which isn't a big deal. It is on the small side. I am 5'8 and if the machine was a little bigger I think it would be easier to use. But I do like it a lot.

So easy to put together. I had to take the pins out since I am a first timer because the incline was to much for me. But works amazing and I can already see a change in my body structure in my stomach area.

According to my Husband it was easy to assemble. The quality is great and it’s sturdy. This machine definitely gives you a hard work out. Great for home gym and gets the job done

Great piece of kit for the money. I'm using it to strengthen my core to help with some lower back issues. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Much smaller than I was expecting, but the base is sturdy and holds my weight 5’7 and 270lbs. I do wish the odometer was a little sturdier, but it is effective at keeping count. The machine definitely works. I had worked out on it for about 5 minutes and was insanely sore about 24 hours later.
